What Is The Trade Off For Success? PDF Print E-mail
Written by Lean Liam

Success is a very expansive and indescribable concept, having many diverse definitions, significance and meanings for each individual. To really accomplish success, one has to create his own concept of success.

The fact is, man negotiates all day as part of one’s struggle for success. One negotiates with his own self and with others. Subtle sometimes, overt at other times, but negotiating occurs continuously, as your every need is met, as you appeal that your goals will be met.

As negotiation progresses, often you find yourself trading off ideas and even your own values as a person just to achieve success.

Note however that success, as with all things in life is not constant and that the only tradeoff that you will ever make in order to achieve financial, emotional and spiritual success is changing your attitude, for the better, turning the negative to positive and preparing yourself for the shortcomings that will come your way.

A successful individual understands this reality clearly. One would work persistently to establish success in all areas of his.

The reality of life consists of happiness as well difficulties.  Indeed, one can not stay away from difficulties, it is part of one’s journey through success, yet you can be very well prepared for it and know how to deal with it.

Is success accomplished by trading off one’s family for great wealth? Is success attained by trading health for money? Lasting and true success is realized by generating balance in every aspect of one’s life, adding prosperity in all forms everyday on a regular basis.

No trade off should be done and no sacrifice should be made, no transferring a certain goal in exchange of another when one gets to that particular position in his life or obtains something.

Keep in mind that when one gets to that specific position or obtains that certain item, there is no other trade off, but that success has progressed.

You tradeoff your old self to a new, positive and motivated person, living each day with gusto, zeal and zest working towards your set goals.

Success is never a destination, rather it is a journey that one embarks on daily. Success is achieved through giving emphasis on the importance of one’s blessings with affirmative thoughts, actions and words.

No need to trade off, success continues to flow, to thrive and to increase.  One success should not die in exchange for another.  Success is success, in all aspects!

Here are guidelines:

1. Determine what it is you want. Remember, you have the ability to have anything that you desire in your life. When you establish more goals, then there is the possibility that you will achieve more in life. Having a clear vision enables you to have direction what route to take and you are guaranteed that you will reach that goal.

2.  Write down your goals. Write all of it down and affirm it.  Make concrete plans and pull everything in your mind. Writing your vision you enable you to pull your spiritual, physical, and emotional powers in position to accomplish your goals and vision. Your body, mind and the subconscious within will work together and attract positive forces.

3.  Establish a “time frame” for all your vision and goals. Fix a target that you need to accomplish for a certain period of time.  Set deadlines for your goals, so that there will be more possibility that you can accomplish it.  Then, after you have accomplished a certain goal, move on to the next.  This is what is meant by success that flows.

4.  Accomplishing your goal takes work in succession. Make a record of the actions that you need to do so to accomplish each goal.  Make it in such a manner that it will be easy for you to follow, such as the most important ones comes first.

5.  Examine your list of activities and make sure they are in order. Work out on a step-by-step comprehensive plan to accomplish your goal.  Never delay and accept no excuses, start on the first activity now! While you are working on an activity, do not go ahead and move to the next until you are finished.

Move ahead and never be afraid to achieve success.  There are no tradeoffs, just a stronger, more positive, more aggressive and more complete “you” will emerge.  Success flows and you never have to trade off success in one aspect for another.  Move on and live that life the way you want it to be!

Attitudes Defined

Attitudes are the established ways of responding to people and situations that we have learned, based on the beliefs, values and assumptions we hold. Attitudes become manifest through your behavior.

Attitude Drives Behavior

Attitudes drive behavior. Your body language is a result of your mental attitude. By choosing your attitude you get in that mood and send out a message that everyone understands, consciously or unconsciously.

"Almost always, you have a choice as to what attitude to adopt. There is nothing in any normal work situation that dictates you must react one way or another. If you feel angry about something that happens, for instance, that's how you choose to feel. Nothing in the event itself makes it absolutely necessary for you to feel that way. It is your choice. And since you do have a choice, most of the time you'll be better off if you choose to react in a positive rather than a negative way."

The Characteristics Of The 'NEW Rich In America' Revealed PDF Print E-mail
Written by Lean Liam

[Home-Based-Business] Recent research has identified "The NEW Rich in America" otherwise known as "The Middle Class Millionaires." This article reveals the data. Don't miss this.

There was an article on "The NEW Rich in America" otherwise known as "The Middle Class Millionaires."

Check this out...

The number of Americans with net worths upward from $1 million to $10 million has risen to 8.4 million, representing nearly 8% of US households and is growing at an incredible rate of 15% per year! Only one decade ago that number was only 1%, an 800% increase.

So are ya feeling all this new wealth in your life or what?

If not, you better read this closely because I'm gonna tell you something right now...

This information, right here, will take your Home Business enterprise to new heights and catapult your net worth. That's a promise.

Recent research uncovered 'four' unique, almost unanimous characteristics of "The NEW Rich in America."

Here they are:

1) "Hard Working." Duh. Many work 60 - 70 hour work weeks and place a high value on work ethic. They resent slackers and complainers. So do I. I despise them and you should too. They will rot you away like a tin can in a rain storm.

2) "Networked." Meaning they ALL belong to networking or mastermind groups. They are membership oriented. They seek association with those who already have the success they are seeking. This is one of the oldest strategies in existence.

So what networks, organizations, mastermind groups or memberships are you currently associated with? If you can't ring off at least one or two, its time to get in the game.

3) "Resilient." Many of them have at least a major failure or two in their lives. They bounce back real quickly and tend to rise above past failures. They are poised and respond well to adversity. They continue to move forward toward their objective, no matter what. No brainer in my eyes.

This one is my favorite...

4) "Put themselves in the flow of money." They've made they're business decisions based on income and wealth potential. They deliberately choose lucrative opportunities. Meaning, you can be hard working, belong to the right networks, and be resilient but if you decide to become a clerk at Walmart, guess what? Not getting rich.

And the final piece of the research revealed...

"The NEW Rich" feel that what 'does not advance them causes them harm.' Fascinating. I love that mindset.

They are real careful about the choices they make in regards to career, business, continuing education, and their personal and professional associations.

Best part of all, they have middle class values. They are not flashy. They lead family and work oriented lives focused on financial security and peace of mind.

So are you on track to become one of these NEW 'Middle Class Millionaires?'

The key for you in 2008 is to analyze exactly how many of the above four characteristics you currently own in your personal and professional life. Time to take ownership of ALL four.

Chances are your success, or lack of success thus far, lies right there.

Important to note: It's never too late to adopt any of the above 'four' characteristics to become one of "The NEW Rich In America" or wherever you may be.

Never Hear "No" Again? PDF Print E-mail
Written by Lean Liam

Do you find it hard to talk to prospects on the phone, getting hung up on, or handling objections?

I used to be like that, constantly taking the prospects that I would generate on the internet and vomit my business opportunity to them.

Time after time, I would basically get laughed at followed by am immediate "Click".

I just couldn't figure it out. What was I doing wrong? There were so many people out there that were effortlessly sponsoring people on the phone.

I did this for what seemed like a lifetime. I wasn't getting anywhere with my business, basically sponsoring one or two every now and then.

But then I found something that changed the way I talked to prospects forever. It was a video interview with Mike Dillard, and master recruiter Mark Wieser.

In this video Mark get grilled by Mike on how he is able to personally sponsor over 254 reps in one year and how he is able to do it with such ease.

I figured out that I needed to change the way that I was talking to the prospects. I needed to qualify them to see if they are right for my business, not if they would be interested in joining.

I also figured out that I am the boss, I need to control the situation, I am interviewing my prospects to see if they would be good enough to be part of my business.

Basically think of it as if you were the manager interviewing to hire a new employee.

By changing the way that I approach the conversation and the attitude that I have in the conversation, I am now not getting hung up on. I am sponsoring more than ever. Prospects are actually thanking me for the conversations that we have.

Sponsoring and talking to prospects doesn't have to be hard, frustrating, or filled with rejection.

All you need to know is how to do it the right way, the fun way, from someone that knows how to do it and do it well.

So if you would like to learn how I overcame my fear of talking to prospects on the phone, now sponsor more than ever, and how I never hear the word no again, then you need to get your hands on this free 1 hour video interview.
